These terms govern use of forthlogicsolutions.com. They do not govern any contract or purchase order.
1. Purpose of this site
This site publishes reference information about ForthLogic AI for government buyers and prime contractors. It is informational. It is not an offer to sell, and nothing on it creates a binding obligation on either party.
2. Quotes and pricing
Any pricing, lead time, or availability is provided only in a written quote issued to a named requester and is valid only for the period stated in that quote. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A contract arises only on issuance and acceptance of a purchase order or contract award under its own terms.
3. Accuracy of published information
Identifiers, codes, and representations shown here are published in good faith. The authoritative source for entity identifiers, registration status, and socioeconomic representations is the entity record in SAM.gov. Where this site and SAM.gov differ, SAM.gov controls. Fields marked as not yet supplied are intentionally blank rather than estimated.
4. No performance claims
This site does not claim contract history, award volume, client references, certifications, or clearances that the company does not hold. Capability statements describe capacity and readiness, not completed performance, unless a specific record is published with identifying contract information.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this site or its forms to transmit unlawful content, malware, classified material, or bulk unsolicited commercial messages. Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access. We may decline or discard submissions that appear abusive or automated.
6. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by ForthLogic AI except where a manufacturer name, part number, or trademark belongs to its owner. Manufacturer references are used only to identify products and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorized dealer status beyond what is stated in a quote.
7. Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForthLogic AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in this section limits obligations under an executed contract or purchase order, which are governed by that instrument.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Contracts with federal agencies are governed by applicable federal law and the terms of the contract.
