About
A supply-side government contractor, narrowly scoped
ForthLogic Solutions exists to do one thing well: put commercial products and simple commodity services in front of government buyers at a compliant price, on a stated schedule.
Mission
What the company exists to do
ForthLogic Solutions exists to deliver the supplies and equipment government agencies depend on — accurately, on the schedule committed, with the procurement compliance handled correctly the first time. A buyer should be able to send us a requirement and stop thinking about it.

Vision
Where we are going
To become the supply partner that small and mid-sized agencies call first: a vendor whose quotes can be trusted, whose deliveries land as promised, and whose paperwork never becomes the contracting officer's problem.
Values
Four standards we hold ourselves to
01
Accuracy over speed claims
A quote that is right beats a quote that is fast. We read the requirement in full — clauses, packaging and marking, delivery terms, brand-name-or-equal language — before pricing it. If something in the solicitation is ambiguous, we ask rather than guess, and we state exceptions in writing instead of burying them.
02
Compliance is the product
The item is a commodity; the reason to buy it from us is that everything around it is handled correctly. Correct FAR handling, correct set-aside treatment, correct invoicing through the channel the contract names. A late or non-conforming invoice costs the buyer time, so it is treated as part of the deliverable.
03
Answer the phone
A contracting officer with a question gets a real person, not a portal ticket. One point of contact owns the order from quote through payment, and status changes are reported when we learn them rather than when we are asked.
04
Deliver what was ordered
The specified item, not a substitute. Where an item becomes unavailable, an alternate is proposed in writing with specification documentation for the buyer's approval. Nothing is swapped silently, and nothing ships that was not awarded.
Business model
Distributor channel, drop-ship fulfillment
The company operates as a distributor-channel reseller with drop-ship fulfillment. It holds no warehouse inventory by design: goods move from the stocking location nearest the destination directly to the receiving activity, which removes an intermediate handling step and the delay attached to it. Commodity services are delivered through qualified service partners with ForthLogic Solutions holding prime responsibility and providing a single point of contact to the contracting officer.
The company does not provide technology consulting, software development, systems integration, or any professional or technical service. IT hardware appears in the catalog strictly as a physical commodity resold as a product.
Compliance & standards
How we approach compliance
The following are operating standards the company applies to its own work. They are not certifications, accreditations, or third-party attestations, and nothing on this page should be read as one.
- FAR compliance
- Solicitation clauses are read and applied as written, including inspection and acceptance, packaging and marking, and delivery terms. Where a clause imposes an obligation we cannot meet on a given requirement, we no-bid rather than accept it and hope.
- Set-aside rules
- We bid set-aside requirements only where our size and socioeconomic representations in SAM.gov apply to the solicitation's NAICS code and size standard. Representations are kept current and are never restated more favorably than the record supports.
- Nonmanufacturer rule
- On small business set-asides for supplies, the nonmanufacturer rule is evaluated before bidding: the item is supplied from a small business manufacturer where required, or a waiver applicable to the item class is identified. If neither condition is met, the requirement is declined.
- Exclusions screening
- Suppliers and manufacturers in a quote are screened against the SAM.gov exclusions list before award, and rechecked at order placement. An excluded source is removed from the supply chain for that order.
- Accurate invoicing
- Invoices reference the contract and order number, list line items exactly as awarded, and carry the receiving documentation the payment office needs. Federal invoices are submitted through WAWF (iRAPT) or IPP as directed; SLED invoices follow the buyer's stated channel.
