No contract numbers, agencies, dollar values, delivery statistics, or references are stated anywhere on this site, because none exist yet. Records will be published here as awards are completed and closed.
Section 01
Supply relationships
Quoting and ordering access is established with distributors across each supply category we bid. Sourcing runs through authorized channels so that quoted part numbers, pricing, and lead times reflect actual availability at the time of quote rather than list data. Where a manufacturer requires an authorized reseller relationship for warranty or serialized reporting, the order is placed through that channel.
Section 02
Fulfillment capability
The company processes line-item quoting, purchase order acknowledgment, part-number verification, and manufacturer documentation retrieval. Orders are tracked to delivery with packing lists referencing the contract or purchase order number. Substitutions are never made without written buyer approval, and requirements outside what can be supplied compliantly receive a no-bid.
Section 03
Delivery capability
Fulfillment is drop-ship from the nearest stocking location to the destination stated on the order, which removes an intermediate warehousing step. Delivery is available to CONUS destinations, including receiving activities that require scheduled appointments, escorted access, or inside delivery when arranged in advance on the order.
