For a general or teaming inquiry it is your name, optional organization, inquiry type, email address, optional phone number, and your message. This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party embeds.
2. How we use it
Submitted information is used to prepare and return a quote, respond to your inquiry, and maintain records of solicitations we have responded to. We do not sell, rent, or share submitted information for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with a distributor or service partner only to the extent required to source or fulfill the specific requirement you asked us to quote.
3. File attachments
Files attached to a quote request are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible and is not indexed by search engines. Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information requiring a specific safeguarding agreement, or personal information about third parties through this site.
4. Retention
Quote requests, inquiries, and attachments are retained for as long as needed to support the related procurement record and any resulting contract obligations, and are then deleted. You may request deletion of your submission at any time using the contact details below, except where retention is required by a contract or by law.

Submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls that prevent public read access. Attachments are stored in a private container. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not represent otherwise.
