SMS terms
These terms govern text messages sent by ForthLogic AI d/b/a ForthLogic Solutions.
1. Program description
If you give us a mobile number and opt in, we may text you about a quote request or order you placed — for example to confirm receipt, ask a clarifying question about a requirement, or provide a delivery or tracking update. We do not send marketing text messages.
2. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with the activity on your request or order. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote request or order; we will use email instead.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
5. Consent is not a condition of purchase
You never have to agree to receive texts to request a quote, place an order, or do business with us. The SMS consent checkbox on our forms is optional and is never pre-checked.
6. Your data
Phone numbers and text preferences are handled as described in our Privacy policy. We do not sell or share your number for third-party marketing.
